My approach

I don't see emotions as problems to solve. I see them as experiences to understand.

I don't believe our emotions are problems to solve. I believe they are experiences to understand.

Many of the ways we protect ourselves once helped us survive. Therapy can help us understand these protections with compassion, while gently making room for new ways of being.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be understood.

Our struggles rarely exist in isolation. They are shaped by our relationships, histories, bodies and the worlds we live in.

I don't see people as collections of symptoms. I see them as people whose lives make sense in context.

Lasting change isn't simply about coping differently. It's about understanding yourself differently.

The goal isn't to stop feeling. It's to feel in ways that no longer leave you alone with your experience.
